Who is responsible for your information?
Samantha Jobling, trading as Soul Visions, is responsible for the personal information covered by this notice.

What information do I collect?
When you contact me, I collect your name, email address, your message and any other contact details you choose to provide.
Please keep your initial enquiry brief and avoid including detailed medical information or sensitive personal history.
How do I use your information?
I use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss the services you are interested in and arrange an initial call where requested.
My lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about Soul Visions. Where you ask me to take steps towards booking a service, I also process information as necessary to take those steps before entering into a contract.
Your enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Where is your information held?
Website contact-form enquiries are held within GoDaddy, with notifications sent to my Soul Visions Gmail account.
Emails sent directly to soulvisionsuk@gmail.com, and my email correspondence with you, are held in Gmail, provided by Google.
The website contact form also uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are linked beneath the form.
These providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their privacy information explains their processing locations and the safeguards they use for international transfers:

I do not sell your personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
How long do I keep enquiries?
If an enquiry does not lead to a booking, I retain the correspondence for up to six months after our last contact, then delete it.
Information relevant to an ongoing complaint or legal matter may be kept longer where necessary.
Before collecting intake information or creating session records, I will provide privacy information covering those activities and their retention periods.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of its use or transfer of information. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests.
